After being involved in a three car chain reaction accident, I was so upset about my damaged car, but grateful no one was seriously injured. From the very beginning, Fix Auto Maple Grove exceeded my expectations. They contacted me right away to schedule dropping my car off and had my rental car from Enterprise waiting for me. During the time my car was at the auto body shop, I was contacted by Aaron with updates and the estimate so, I knew exactly where they were in the repair process. My car was finished earlier than anticipated and when I picked my car up, I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the repairs made to my car-They even washed and detailed my car! I highly recommend Fix Auto-You will not be disappointed!

My car looks amazing! I loved that they cleaned the inside too! They went above and beyond my expectations! My car looks better than I even image and the interior smells great. I randomly choose this place because I needed the loaner. The loaner was decent it got me from A to B. With The exception when the driver side wiper flew off while I was driving in rush hour traffic during a snowstorm on a Friday. I drove straight to an instant oil change place. It was scary driving. I had it replaced immediately . I'm waiting to see if they're going to pay me back my $28 for the wiper I replaced. They're customer service has been great! This is a separate issue. But I'm hopeful they'll understand I was out of options, they were closed on a Friday. There's was no way they were going to be able to replace it until Monday plus they were already closed. I would totally recommend this place despite what happen with the wiper. The customer service was great! The office receptionist really explained the process and made it seem easy at drop off and I was informed via text on the progress. I would differently would recommend this place and I'd use them again. Thank You Tina E
