Even though the repair of the driver’s door was fine, there were two issues that the adjuster could have made our experience better. Poor communication from adjuster. No accountability of caring for a customer’s car. Took my car in for a door repair and they returned it with a damaged bumper. Instead of taking photos in front of the customer before they leave, photos were taken after customer left. The Adjustor walked over the damages and lead us to believe a portion of damage was going to be fixed. She didn’t communicate that it wasn’t going to be fixed. In the end, Nikki wouldn’t talk to me or see me after the repair. Instead a different person talked to me. Rude and unapologetic. I would never recommend anyone to your shop . I have also notified State Farms not to put your shop on their preferred list of shops. They could have handled things better than they did with my situation that could have made me satisfied. They started off being defensive with me and my husband. Even the next day when I wanted to talk to Nikki in person. She refused to see me or offer any solutions. Instead the manager came out to defend themselves immediately. My photo of my bumper on the day of pick up looked worse than the day after. The manager took a photo of the car bumper day after I complained to give to insurance company to prove they didn’t cause the accident. Two photos that didn’t look the same. No I am not satisfied. I am told the shop will not take responsibility. I am forced to report the shop to the Better Business Bureau. I will be posting reviews everywhere online about the shop.
