FixAuto was very throughout regarding the process and I love the updates they would send. They also answered any questions I had and when I got my car back, she looked better then when I dropped her off. I also though she was cleaner on the inside which is an extra bonus as I haven't much time lately. I was very satisfied with their customer service and all their friendly faces. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.

If you’re reading this, it’s because you care about how a shop operates and treats their customers. I can say that Fix Auto does a great job at both, and I recommend them highly. Nikki was great to work with for the insurance repairs on my Bronco. She and the rest of the staff, including the technician I spoke with, were all super helpful and genuinely friendly. They were flexible and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure that I was taken care of. I had a great experience with them throughout, and couldn’t recommend them enough!
