Nikki was amazing throughout the whole process! I was honestly so distraught having to go through this, but she made everything so much easier and kept me updated the whole time. Everyone at the shop was so friendly and professional, and I especially want to thank the people who worked on fixing my car — they did an amazing job. My car looks and drives exactly like it did before the accident — you’d never even know anything happened. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs.

My car looks great and the staff was helpful throughout the whole process. However, when I came to get my car, the trailer hitch bike rack was not fully put back on, and I didn't realize it until I was almost home and felt it bang side to side as I went over a speed bumb. Obviously that could have been very bad if it had come off anywhere along my 30 minute drive home and I am very grateful it did not.

Fantastic body work. They set up everything for us to make this repair fast and easy. The repairs look great. They originally stated the repairs would take up to 18 days to complete but they finished in 7 days ( and that included a weekend).

Vehicle was not restored to original state. Parts were not properly installed. Tail light was pushed in and new part was put in without fixing the frame being pushed in. Light is not properly aligned. Same with the bumper. New bracket was put in on the driver side. Old bracket left in on the passenger side. The 2 brackets obviously are not the same because the bumper is not leveled or aligned properly. The after market bumper doesn’t match OEM part. Plastic part is not formed properly.

I appreciated the updates on when my car would be done. However, when I picked my car up I expected someone to talk to me about what they did and inspect and do a walk around with me. When I got in my car is spelled so strong of grease. The drivers door was sticky like something got spilled. The paper was still down on the mat. The windshield and drivers window was smeared like they tried to wipe something off. I came home and completely cleaned my car trying to get rid of the smell and it’s still there. I usually take my car to another auto body place and never had this experience. Im also not impressed with how the paint looks on back bumper. I chose to go here for convenience with my insurance but I will stick to my regular place in the future.
