It was great that the car was ready 4 days early but all communications to me included a 6/19 completion. I was never informed it would be done sooner and was not able to pick up the vehicle because I was traveling based on the timeline that was community me over several updates. Then suddenly it was ready 4 days early. The lower door seal was not completely attached and there is a scratch on the bumper. I would prefer the work be done correctly than be done early. I had another vehicle that was in for body work prior, there was overspray that was not addressed and was told I could bring it back to have it corrected. Given the inconvenience of returning the vehicle for additional work it should have been done at the time of service.

From first contact through to hand off of my restored vehicle it was a pleasurable experience. Front office is happy and energetic as well as engaging and informative. They coordinated with Enterprise car rental so that was a luxury. Obviously the shop folks are fully capable. My car was fixed in just a few days! What a pleasant shock! Fix It made a no fault car accident into a joyful experience. Truly thank you from the bottom of my overextended busy life.
