Based on 1st and then 2nd visit I would never recommend this shop to anyone Especially since manager never apologized nor took responsibility of poor work and was combative when discussing poor quality

Car was returned with no quality checks in place. Body lines were out of alignment and not in same elevation as ajoining panels. There were visible mold lines left on new body panels and painted over. Headlights were left out of adjustment

When I called office I was not able to speak to a manager right away and it took several day and repeated calls to speak to a manager about resolving the poor quality issues. The manager also blamed the mold lines as "sanding wasn't part of repair order" even though manager was one who wrote repair order. Manager also blamed the bad headlight alignment as "thats how we do it, right light is always higher to show fog line on road" Manufacturer specifications do not allow this mis match

The staff is just amazing so personable and dependable! They help out in every way they can and understand the circumstances of the clients that come to them . I would refer them to all my family and friends , it’s a small office in maple valley but making a difference in many lives by taking the stress of the car repairs on their shoulders from the customers shoulders ! The experience from the moment I walked into the friendly, clean nicely decorated office was wonderful. It was stress free and the communication was excellent. What a great surprise when they called me a week early to tell me my car was done already. I picked it up and it was fixed beautifully. One little minor fix needs to get done but they are going to take care of that seamlessly.

received conflicting messages from both the Shop, and apparently an automated system on when the car would be ready. When the car was ready, there was poor alignment between the bumper and the fenders. The grill was not properly seated, and the overall quality of repair was lousy, horrible. I find it hard to believe you let that out out of your shop that way. We have returned the car to fix Auto and anticipate it being done correctly the second time.
