The vehicle was not operational after 3 days of use. The response to this concern was poor and the accountability was none. Disappointing experience to deal with especially after leaving the vehicle at the shop for so long.

Most definitely. So happy my Boss found this Shop for his similar Silver aluminum F150 that needed the bed side replaced. When I saw his damage I remember saying "What a shame" and then after it was fixed I also said "Wow" as it still looked like a brand new truck and was never damaged.

I had big concerns with the bumper to bumper damage of the Aluminum body on my F150. I have a good eye and could not tell it had been damaged, especially given the severity. Even my wife said "Wow" and she grew up in her fathers body shop. The silver paint match was also perfect and I have prior experience on several vehicles with the silver not matching. I was told then that silver is the hardest color to match.
