This is my second time using them for the same vehicle and they always have excellent customer service! They are honest, transparent and the two times I used them, my car came out sparkling clean after were finished with it. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to an honest body shop.

#1: The paint doesn't match with the original color. Not only myself but numerous other have pointed it out. #2: The part that was damaged and repaired doesn't line up/ isn't flush with the original components. Meaning it's sticking out away from car #3: The headlight seal isn't properly installed on the vehicle as well. It isn't fully around the headlight. I am not satisfied at all with the repair of my vehicle. I feel it still needs to be repaired properly. In addition; I told that I would have my car returned to me the Friday following me leaving the vehicle at this "shop". It was not. It was a week later. All this is unacceptable.

Left voicemail. I am dissatisfied with the work because of the air bubbles in the paint job, leftover residue from the wax and wash job, fresh mud on the running boards and fenders, body dust in cracks and crevices all over the vehicle from being the body shop and leftover adhesive from the body work.
