Everybody was very courteous and helpful; the repair of the damage to the body of the car is very good. They only problem. Is that right hand outside mirror, which was working perfectly when we brought the car in, was damaged during the repair to the body of the car and has not yet been resolved. But we have every reason to believe that it will be.

Fernando is awesome to work with. First, he did a thorough assessment of my vehicle. Next he gave a truthful and accurate timeline and set my expectations to where there were no surprises and everything worked as planned. The the entire process was very professional. I was kept in the loop at all times and always knew the status of my car and what was coming up next. I received phone calls and text messages that actually made me feel that I was part of the process. I wasn’t expecting to have my door fix this fast. They were very responsive I knew where my car was and when to pick it up. My car was messy when I dropped it off. Now, it’s cleaned out and smelling good. All documents I had were stash away I. The glove or trunk so I don’t have worry about anything I didn’t want thrown away. They even buffed out some scratches on the house. They made sure all my concern were taken care of. I was pretty much in and out but I prolonged my stay because of the great service they provided.

Smooth sailing. Besides the reason why I brought it in, my car came out looking better than when I took it in (inside&out). My car was clean! They place any documents or items in the glove so you don’t have to worry about being accidentally thrown away. Customer service was legit no hidden fees, I knew what I was paying before I had to pick it up. They also did a walkthrough of what they did. They even took care of some scratches on the house! The car rental place is literally down to street. They called them for me so I didn’t even have to coordinate.
