I selected the San Marcos location because of their Mercedes certification, thinking this would mean they’re familiar with German cars.. only to have it transferred to the non Mercedes Miramar location… upon the first use of my trunk the storage shelf cover for the convertible top fell off and upon a deeper look as to why I see the entire trunk liner has not been installed properly preventing the cover installation… I’m unhappy because this could have caused damage to the convertible top and top storage shelf mechanism when the top is used.. currently the top is exposed to the trunk and the cover is disconnected sitting in the trunk
