Super flawless repair on my truck, they ordered parts and got right to work the moment they delivered. Super good communication with constant updates the whole way through the process. I waited multiple weeks for the part that needed to repair my car to arrive. During that time, I called a couple times to follow up about the status of the part’s arrival and was told it had not arrived yet. However, when I was finally notified that the part had arrived, I was told that the part had been in the shop for quite a while. And then, during the repair, I was informed that the part that they had ordered was not the correct one for my car. They were able to get the correct part pretty quickly though, so I’m not exactly sure what the delay was all about. As a result for this, I was driving a car without a driver side mirror for several weeks and I was without a car for 14 days, all of which was extremely inconvenient. The service was otherwise great. Eric was sure to keep me updated as things progressed and they did a good job repairing the damage.
