There was one area that I thought would be repaired that wasn't, but I didn't feel like making a fuss about it. Except for being unsightly, I don't think it will affect the durability of the car. When I entered the car to drive it home, I found lots of trash, dirt, and junk left there by the thieves, so I was glad that that Mike offered to take it back an clean all those dirty areas. That made a huge positive difference. Everyone with whom I interacted was professional, polite, cheerful, and helpful. I appreciate everyone for helping me through this difficult experience.

First class establishment. Everyone was so kind, my rent a car was waiting for me and my car looks perfect. Mike was awesome as well as Suzzette I believe her name was and for the life of me I can't remember who initially helped me. Thank you!
