I had really good experience with fix auto, great customer service especially Edna in the front desk really helpful and really great attitude. My car came out great after the repairs and did not take a long time at all it was faster then expected.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was great, since the first call, all the way to the last one. Staff is extremely friendly. The lady in the front desk super helpful. Car was done even before the promised date... Overall 10000000%

I had to ask the Anaheim fix auto and given them money as a down payment in good faith that when they got the parts, they would let me know so that I didn’t have to have a rental car for a long time. But that did not happen then it went to you and you took forever, knowing I’m sure that I expressed that to you that I had expressed to the Anaheim fix it shop. The car is done, but I will not recommend you to anyone that I know because you never kept your word and you drag it on as long as you could which I specifically requested that I did not want to turn my car in until you had all the parts Your shop was supposed to have had all the parts but then you called me and said oh no, we have to. We’re ordering another part the work looks good, but your word means nothing

I had had service for you before on two accidents that people had to hit my car and the insurance covered it so it seems to be a lot difference when you have your insurance take care of it then when you have to do it yourself. I didn’t use my insurance because I work for the auto club for 32 years and I know that they raise your rates even if it’s not your fault the accident so that is why I did not report it to my insurance company, but it certainly is different when you’re paying for it yourself to me. It should be the other way around that it is what it is

They knew I did not want to rent my car for a long time which I ended up having to do and they were supposed to have all the parts but then in the end they didn’t and so I had to keep my car for two weeks instead of the week that I was promised The work looks good but they were supposed to have had all the parts that’s why it was transferred to you and you didn’t so it took a lot longer than I wanted to pay for a Rent-A-Car. Otherwise, I would’ve never okayed to have the car sent to you, but they told me that you had the parts.
