No one wants to have an accident and end up needing auto body services. With the insurance I have I was encouraged to use Fix Auto in Monticello. I was VERY pleased with their work. More importantly, their level of communication was excellent! They give you a prediction of when the work will be completed and follow up with several communications along the way to let you know if they are still on schedule. For me it was wonderful to have their level of friendliness. An accident is a stressfull time. Their smiles and attitudes put me right at ease. Thank you!
