It took forever and then it was delivered from Becker with a bad battery which was another 3 day wait. At least the extra rental coverage was covered

💯 percent! I hope to not have to use their services again any time soon. Three times in the past 22 months is more than enough. . However, if I do I know exactly where I will be going. Having Enterprise coming out to the shop to pick me up and dropping off the vehicle was extremely helpful as well. Seamless experience all around. Took a bad situation and made it much better.
