I was told at my first visit they would order the parts and call me when to set the appointment. I got a call asking if I had dropped my car off I had an appointment that day I said no I was told I would get a call when he knew the parts would be there. The girl on the phone said the parts were on the way as we were talking I dropped my car off the girl who checked my car in said they were in the back finding my parts they arrived yesterday. The whole day goes by at 4 I get a call saying the car is not done they just got the parts so as you can see that is confusing.Overall it was fine the job and everything but I would suggest communication is a priority and know if and when or where the parts are before setting the appointment with the client.
