Only complaint is no one was in the building at my scheduled drop off time. They apparently left to get parts for the AC. Resulting in both me and rental car person waiting for 15-20 minutes until we found someone to help us. Otherwise service was great

The only negative comment I have is whoever replaced the windshield left their handprints and smudges along the inside on the fabric covering the post. Otherwise very good service and great customer service from the crew in Becker as well as Elk River

The repairs were done efficiently and in great time your technicians and people I worked with were fantastic. The only comment I have that is partly negative is that whoever clean the car before delivering it to me did not do a very good job. There is smudge marks on the inside. Post from when windshield was replaced. There was glue on the inside of the door of the passenger door from when they replaced it and it was generally and not very they never cleaned the windows, etc. but otherwise I would recommend Gerber. Could you guys overall did a great job?

Everyone was so helpful and professional. Work quality was excellent. Hope I don’t need bodywork again but I will definitely be back if something happens
