The entire experience was beyond expectation. From drop off to pickup the customer service was excellent. We were informed consistently about the status of our vehicle. Upon completion the body team not only fixed the damage to the rear of the vehicle but went above and beyond to buff out additional minor paint damge to improve the quality of the rest of the vehicle. I would recomend this location to anyone needing auto repairs.

My car was properly repaired but absolutely not in timely manner. Then, Enterprise charged me more money for the additional insurance for the vehicle than my insurance covered for the rental I got, so I end up having to pay $170 for the rental on top of the $500 I already paid last week for the repair. I should not have had to paid the additional money to rent the car or at least I should not have to spend that much if my car was repaired on time.
