I had an outstanding experience with this auto body shop from start to finish. The staff is exceptionally professional and the entire operation runs like a well-oiled machine—everything is thoughtfully organized and they've truly thought of every detail to make the process seamless. They even reserved a dedicated parking spot for GEICO customers, which made drop-off incredibly convenient, and they coordinated smoothly with the rental car company so I never missed a beat. The repair work on my van was flawless. Despite the unique/challenging color of my original paint, the match and finish were perfect—no visible differences, and it looks as good as new. A huge shoutout to Rose and David—their warmth, expertise, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful situation truly unforgettable in the best way possible. There were a few things that impressed me with the service I received. The workmanship was excellent. The communication between David and me was greatly appreciated. It’s been 50 years since I needed auto body work and the process has improved significantly. The last time I need work done; the process took months, and the damages were smaller. This time it was less than a month. Now, I believe technology had a hand in this, but I also believe that good management coupled with a skilled team, played a big role in the service I received. It was a job well done.

I was apprehensive in the beginning about the quality of service that I would receive. However, everyone was professional and accommodating. All staff were supportive, and Dee took her time to explain the process my car would go through. Fix Auto frequently messaged me updates , so I was aware of where they were in the process. They finished earlier than the original date I was given. They were efficient and their work looks quality..
