Overall the repair was good but I had to bring it back in to fix the lock on the passenger door. It would have been preferable to have everything completed and functional initially.

Very poor quality. No attention to detail. Pelling and bubbling mylar film. Chipped pain on door edge. Interior of truck and air vents full of dust and paint. Passenger side tires and rims covered in dust and over spray. Masking tape residue in door frame. Scratched paint on driver side. Missing screws in wheel well(part you replaced missing screws). The truck was outside and a little wet from rain I didn't have a chance to review the quality of the paint job.

The damage was worse than anticipated and FixAuto zealously tried to make the repair and the cost was very reasonable. Few shops I contacted on this impressed me with the knowledge of FixAuto or the willingness to take the job. Especiygrateful to Adam.

From the time, of receiving my estimate and throughout the repair, Dally’s was upfront and honest, they kept me informed as to the progress of the repair, including some addition parts delays,( which had to be ordered from the dealer). So, that delayed the pick up day. But with Dally’s Fix Auto keeping me informed of the parts issue, it made it easier to adjust my schedule. Then when I was picking up my car, It was explained to me how to take care of the parts of the car that was freshly painted I also was given paper work that explained it also, that was I could check the paperwork if needed. Dally/ Fix Auto make an unpleasant experience, easy to deal with from start to finish. I would us then again when needed!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of my van! The team was excellent all around. Great at explaining every step of the way, communicating status, and getting repairs done in a timely manner. Honestly so grateful that I stumbled into Fix Auto Mount Vernon. After my accident, I was very shaken up. My car isn’t just a car- as a van life, it’s my home. The team understood that and took great care.
