Everyone was very helpful and I appreciated the use of the loaner car. That was above and beyond what I expected. My only issue was with the grill that kept arriving broken. That wasn't the shop's fault.

It took a very long time for the company to communicate the estimate to the insurance company. I got the estimate done at the beginning of March and didn't get cleared to bring my car in for repair until the beginning of April.
