My original date to start repairs was 10/24/16 ....the actual date I took my truck in was 1/2/17 and still it took them 2 full weeks to do the promised work.

They were friendly and got back to me when I called for information. Unfortunately, while they had my car they had to close for two weeks. The repair that was estimated to take 12 days ended up taking a total of 60. They did do a good job, except for a few missing interior light covers. When I called about them I was told to just stop by and they will replace them. I believe the timing was just bad and over all it was a good experience.
