Quality of work is excellent. Vehicle was to be delivered on 9/2 but wasn't ready until 9/8. When the shop realized on Aug 29th or 30th a bracket needed to be ordered we should have been notofied of the delay immediately. I shouldn't have found out when I called late afternoon of the 1st to be told the part wouldnt arrive until 9/6. Someone was supposed to call me on 9/6 to advise when I could pick the truck up but we never were contacted. I called at 4:30 and was told it would be ready late Wednesday. I called Wednesday afternoon and was told it wouldn't be ready until Thursday. I ended up missing work for 3 1/2 days. Communication needs improvement.

The overall experience with fix auto was very good from start to finish. The only negative part was the quality of the paint job on our hood. The prep was not good and there are bubbles in places.
