The communication was top notch! Charlie explained so that I could understand how the process works. Also, it was a happy surprise to be offered a rental car. We decided to use our back up car. However, it was good to know that we could utilize a rental vehicle if we needed. Also one of the techs (don’t know his name) was helpful when I needed to retrieve something from my car. And the best news of all was when Heidi called to say that my car was already ready!!! :):):)

We worked with Charlie and Joel both were absolutely amazing to work with. Charlie got us checked in, no hassle, no issues and explained everything, the whole process perfectly! Very professional and friendly. Joel helped us with getting the jeep back once it was finished, made the process more simple then we could imagine and taught us a lot to! What a great company I will use hopefully never, I don’t want be in another crash, but if I need to we will use again!
