My truck had a lot of pitch from a tree on the windshield and on the paint. It was very hard to remove. I don’t think it was right .

after having the car in the shop over a week I was told the repair was finished. I picked up the car and a few days later noticed the protective clear shield on all four wheel flares was missing. I returned to the shop and was told they could not believe this was missed. They instructed that the clear coat installer did not have a phone number from contact and they send an email to him. Several days later and I have not received any updated information to complete this repair. I am upset
