Follow up and communication is awful. I picked up my car on January 20th and the mirror they replaced is broken. The tech told me they purchased a used mirror because it was all they could find last minute and they installed it on my car and it doesn’t work. I brought it back immediately. I have had to call numerous times to follow up on when they are going to repair this And I never get a return call. I was supposed to hear something last Thursday, which was the 30th and I’m still waiting on a phone call. I feel like they ran out of time on the rental and didn’t want to pay for extra days so they put me back in my car with a broken mirror. I have called numerous times with no results.

Terrible follow up. Every day they say they’re gonna call me they never do. I usually give it an extra day or so before I call them and it’s the same thing. Oh let me call and follow up with whoever and then they never called back.
