I won’t recommend this shop after what I’ve been through with you guys. I I was stressed out trying to come up with the money that my insurance had already payed. I have the documents from both ends.

The car looks uneven on the parts that got replaced or fixed. It looks to me like the didn’t even try to look into it and the reason why I believe this is because, I mentioned it as soon as I seen the car and they said they couldn’t do anything else. Also on the bumper you can see that they didn’t do good with the paint on some parts. They also covered the sticker on the fender to check if it’s original, keep in mind they didn’t do that to the bumper or any other parts. Also the documents that they gave me are not updated, I end up over paying for what I see on my end. I’ll be dropping by with my insurance papers for my refund. I had to ask my insurance agent to resend them to me because I couldn’t believe what I had on my end but I was right. I’m not satisfied with the job, I’m sorry. It was terrible as well for not communicating better with us, letting us know the day of pick up that my price was higher than expected. Really unprofessional of them in many ways.

Fix Auto did an incredible job fixing my car after being rear ended, my car looks brand new and they hit it done so quick! I would absolutely go back to them if I ever need auto body work done again!
