Fixed the bumper by just painting over it. Tried to play off that it’s always look like that but it’s very obvious that it wasn’t it just stands out. Called around 1pm the car won’t be ready tomorrow then at 4:15pm called me to pick up the car at 4:30. Expects me to drop everything I’m doing after telling me that car won’t be ready. They charge car storage if I don’t pick it up that day which is terrible. I regret taking my car here.

This is the second time I've chosen fix auto to repair both my cars. The time for completion is quick, but drop off and pick up is time consuming. Other than that I do recommend to others.

The work was good but communication, timeliness and follow through not so much. One week turned into 3, I had to contact for updates and it still wasn’t ready on time when pick up day finally came.

Took my car to get my front passenger door fix and when I went to go pick it up, I noticed that the back bumper was damaged and there was drops of paint on the bumper. Dropping it off on Tuesday cause you guys are repairing the damage you guys did. They said the car is going to be in the shop for two days but they didn't offer a rental car. I have to miss work now cause of won't have my car available until the repairs are done
