I believe they are a good shop. I just feel they could do better. He kept his word when he paid me back from a Uber ride from enterprise in LA from someone dropping the ball

All in All Gary/Lily and Anbabelle serviced me and wife professionally. Had issues with rental car and had to drop off car again because there were issues but concluded when I picked it up.

They did a Fantastic job on my Tahoe. Everyone in office extremely nice and keeps you well informed.. Gary and Lily were my main contacts and were wonderful. The painters and body guys all get a 10 !! Highly recommended Fix Auto

I was assigned to Fix Auto Oxnard North shop by my insurance. First thing I did I searched online for their reviews. To my surprise they are among the best reviews in Ventura County. I arrived to the shop without an appointment and the owner Gary was such an amazing man who put me at ease and told me it would get fixed without any issue. I’m glad I found this shop. They did an amazing job on my paint job. They even offered me a rental. The front desk representative Lili was also such a professional as she kept me updated on the entire process.
