First, they did a terrific job on the repairs. Second, the staff was very accommodating with calendar and rides. Third, they are a great crew. Hope not to need more body work, but when/if we do, we'll be back.

My wifes car was repaired about a month earlier and had to return for some paint clean up and the vehicle was filthy when we o picked it up. Truck had to have the bumper removed and reinstalled. Need better quality control.

They made the schedule but I was only informed just before closing time. Would never have been able to pick up that day. Second they had to disconnect the battery so when reattaching they forgot to replace the cover. Third the wash wasn’t great.

I highly recommend this auto shop on Leonard Street! They gave me updates as to the status of my vehicle and Arlene & Jasmin are Wonderful! There are still 2 items on back order and they will notify me as soon as they come in.

FIXAUTO was super professional from start to finish. I was very nervous to take my car in as I had significant front end damage but they were super transparent and speedy! They serviced my car in less than a week. I do plan to come back in the future as well. Thank you so much for everything!
