Although the attendants were very helpful, I had to do two unnecessary trips to the shop. One just to find out that the car was still not in the shop, and the second just to find out that the mechanics did not do a complete inspection of all the damages in the car. Car supposedly was ready to take home, with a Broken radiator and no water.

Estimate was understated by 50% because it did not include replacing the clear bra. Entire electronic console did not work after their work. It requires an expensive Audi repair which they should reimburse.
