Alfred Pacilo provided insight and reassurance on the procedures that would take place with the repair. His estimate was far less than a previous estimate where I was told I would have to replace the bumper. he assured me that I wouldn't notice the repair that involved a three coat paint process. The bumpers sparkle like the rest of the auto! I'm extremely pleased with the pricing and the work performed. All done to Alfred and his crew in the back! Thank you all once again!
