The service was well done and it was a quick turn around. A few things to improve upon: 1. The check in to review the damages was a part where I had to make sure the staff was being comprehensive. If I hadn’t suggested they open the trunk of my car, the staff wouldn’t have noticed that the part in the inside was also damaged due to the vandalism. It may have taken longer for them to fix it if they hadn’t ordered the part beforehand. 2. The car came back and various settings were not adjusted back to how they were.

The restoration/repair on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee ( GJ544) was absolutely amazing! The gold metalflake that appeared after buffing was something I had not seen since I was a teen-ager in he 50s! I will highly recommend you to everyone who sees "my new car".

My right to choose the shop of my preference was violated. Repairs were made on my vehicle against my written directive not to perform repairs. No one from fix auto has resolved this issue.
