Ken at Fix did not finish the touch up of paint chips on the side of car door. First touch up not done when I went to pick up my car He did at that point go out with a touch up paint brush touched up chips I thought the touch up should have bin done when he was having the car painted & it should have bin done. Three days later when I brought car back & young lady at the desk said they would re touch up car She called me about an hour & said it was gone and they have me a small jar of touch up paint When Zi got home I. noticed they did not touch up the chips. I called back and let them know my distinction .She told me incorrect information then she put Ken on the phone & and he said I expected more free work This was a complete fabrication he u see other terms that I found insulting I h ung up on him He then called back later and apologized. & said I should come back & he would touch it up again I don’t need this kind of disrespect
