After going through a extremely stressful day, I delivered my crashed car to your business. It was after 5 pm and your business was closed. Arlene was there and ready to leave for her family function. She checked my vehicle in even though doing so took her away from her family function. She was friendly and understanding and answered all my questions with a smile on her face, even though I was taking her time with her family away from her. My experience with Arlene made this whole mess as enjoyable as possible.

Quoted a 2 week work completion time, it took 4 weeks , unexpected delay in getting parts, chrome decal application was wrinkled on back trunk. Paint work was otherwise excellent. kept me informed of progress and delivered finished car to my home while I recovered from surgery.
