Car looks great, however before dropping off they mentioned to leave my special socket to remove my tires in the cup holder just incase they need to remove the tire, when picking up my vehicle I noticed it wasn’t there so I went back inside to let them know, it took about 15 min for someone to come out and say it may have been misplaced in the car, then the manager came out to look for it in the vehicle with me turn out the entire socket is missing, if they weren’t using it why was ir out of place, makes me wonder what else could have been touched or tampered with while away, the manger told me they would reach out later on today with some kind of updates regarding my socket but still no follow up..

The receptionist I believe is named Leslie was very nice & explained what she could then JJ came out to finish explaining my questions. Not only did they do an amazing job the work is guaranteed and they even washed my car! They went Above and Beyond. I’m extremely satisfied.

The timeline to repairs was efficient and details as they emerged and even initially were communicated continuously throughout the process from the initial call with the insurance until pickup. The convenience of the rental drop off and pickup was seamless and greatly appreciated. The associates were all very polite, professional, informative, transparent and solution oriented. They left the interior of my vehicle better than it was when I brought it in; it was like picking it ip from the dealership for the first time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Fix Auto. After my accident, I was absolutely devastated — especially because my Tesla Model Y was still new. From the very beginning, their team made the entire experience so much easier. Everyone was incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. They kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind during a stressful situation. I never felt left in the dark and always knew what was happening with my car.
