Staff was great. I was kept abreast of all repair procedures from the time I dropped my vehicle off until I picked it up. My insurance covered some of the damages and I paid for other road damages such as rock chips. I am very satisfied with the repairs done. The work was completed quickly once the insurance ok’d repairs covered. My 2014 Honda accord looks new again. Thank you Fix Auto and thank you AAA Insurance.

Personnel were aware for my visit. My insurance had sent Fix Auto my claim #. I was greeted promptly and an inspection of damages were noted. Fix Auto notified my Insurance company of damages. With in a few days I was contacted by both Fix Auto and my insurance as to what repair were going to be covered by insurance. I had requested other repairs done not covered by insurance claim. Once I ok’d repairs work was started. I was kept up to date as to progress and approximately where repairs were going to be completed. I was notified via text and a call that the repairs were completed and vehicle was ready for pick up. Very satisfied with personnel and repairs by Fix Auto Collision.
