The folks at FixAuto Palmdale were awesome! Professional, friendly, kept me informed through the whole process, and the repair work is perfect... just great service! They even went out of their way to help when I accidentally left my garage door opener in the rental car I dropped off. They found it & called to let me know we could come by & pick it up! They truly care about customer service! Thank you!

I had to go back twice to pick it up because the hood wasn’t aligned properly and then I found out later after I picked up the truck that they had not adjusted the headlights after replacing both of them. overall not that professional. Staff was very friendly and they did a good job of keeping me informed about the progress of the repair.

The team was great to work with and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of. I really appreciated that they even detail cleaned my vehicle as well. Even though I had to bring my car here for an unpredictable reason, Fix auto Palmdale was a great and quick experience.

At Fix Auto Palmdale, Customer Service Representative are very welcoming and very helpful. When my car was finished they even brought my car to my Job site due to my work hours i wasn’t able to Go pick up my own. They even took my Rental car and dropped it off to Enterprise. All emoloyees were very accommodating and very helpful. And ohhh my car looks like New. They did a great Job polishing and re painting it. They even washed my car. To all the employees there at Fix Auto i would like to Thank you all very much for making my Day a lot easier and making my car looks like no dent or scraped in my car, it looks like New. I totally 100% recommend “FIX AUTO PALMDALE “ for any retouch or any other car cosmetic work you need. All employees are very accomodating and very nice. ❤️👍
