The work done by and large was good. The only hiccups were parts that were not put back in their proper fashion. Once I cleaned the truck, I discovered them and had to put them back in place. Not a deal breaker, but it was an oversight in QC.

Jose and the staff are friendly, personable yet professional. This is our family’s second car they have repaired and they do excellent work and they stand behind it 100% if there are any post completion issues. Highly recommend.

The paint job is amazing. The repairs look great. The only issue I discovered was the trim not aligning properly due to a couple of clips not attaching properly. I wish they would have discovered that during the final inspection. When I picked it up, I discovered it and notified them. I have to go back once the clips come in.

Extremely happy with both the staff and work performed by Fix Auto Palmdale! Everything was explained to us and our paperwork was taken care of by a lady in the office who was happiest, sweetest person ever. The manager was personable, professional, and personally updated us on our vehicle. We didn’t have to interact with the other gentleman in the front office, but his demeanor was professional and the back of his head looked good! Would highly recommend the shop!
