Would give a 10 for totally satisfying with the quality of the repairs, however was not very happy with the cleanliness of the interior upon receiving the car back. Brought the vehicle in for a windshield repair and it had a lot of broken glass in the interior from the shattered windshield, received the car back not only with the shattered glass still inside but also the interior covered in a layer of dust from I assume the inside of the repair shop. So 10 for the actual repairs themselves, but an 8 for not cleaning the interior before returning it.

Fix auto’s personnel were very professional and their auto text messaging to remind me of my appointment time and to inform me of my car’s status every step of the way was appreciated and an added plus to their excellent service and communication with me. And the body work itself was executed to perfection.
