The estimator told me they are awaiting manufacturer part for my passengers side which I completely understand. But there is a chip on my paint (minor) on a part of my car that I am not sure if it needed to be touched or not. Also, I see a surface that is not smooth (a slight bubble) in the paint. I have to take an even deeper look at it in the morning when it is full sunlight. I can come back when the AWD symbol comes in to get the repairs finished. The customer service is extremely good! I just want my car to look like it was before I got hit since it is brand new. I will take pictures of what I saw too and if anything else comes up I will note so I do not forget. If it needed some more touching up I would not have minded waiting for my vehicle even though I did miss my car. I just want everyone to take their time and not rush because that is when the little cosmetic mistakes show up.

I have never received the outstanding professional customer service that I received here anywhere else. I felt like I was part of their family, and for that I am forever grateful and I will recommend this body shop to my friend and family 100%.
