This response is for customer service.... Upon my entrance, the demeanors of the gentleman who ran the front desk were RUDE. I informed them my truck had be dropped off for repairs the day before. Immediately I was asked in a stern tone if I was coming to get my belongings not one but twice. They had already wrote my car off before I had heard anything from my insurance company. I explained to the two guys that I had no information from my insurance company regarding my car being unrepairable. Needless to say the car was repaired. From what i can tell, it sounds and runs good. Their whole attitude changed when it was being repaired, finished and picked up. Smh🤔
