My experience with Fix Auto Paramount was a 10 out of a 10. The insurance company handling my claim hadn't even accepted liability yet, but Juan Vela, the General Manager, still provided me with the kind of customer service that made me know for sure that my car would be serviced at this shop when the time came for my vehicle to be repaired. He was kind, informative and most importantly patient with dealing with my questions and the insurance company handling my claim throughout the process. The work on my car is pristine. They seemed to have detailed my car too because that car wash was done with care. Thank you to whoever washed my car. You can tell that person is a car lover.
