I had always been treated very well in previous communications with this company and always gave the highest rating. I gave a 6 this time and would have given an even lower rating but some of this is my fault. When I came to pick up the car, I got stuck in traffic. When I called to say I'd might be late, I was told they would only wait for 5 minutes. As it turned out I was only about a minute late but they let me know that they were not happy. Made me feel really bad about being late, but the situation was made worse by what I sensed was hostility.

I was above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they fix my dents and scratches, they washed my car, cleaned out the inside and made it smell like a new car. I wasn’t expecting any of that.
