They did a great job fixing our car. When we picked it up it was cleaned in the inside and outside. The only problem is it took longer than we thought it would to fix the car.

This was the best repair shop I’ve been to in the area. My last fender bender i had used a different company and it took almost 5 or 6 months to get my car back. Fix Auto not only beat the estimate return date, but every day i received text updates and notifications on how things were going. This is definitely the best place to go, when you need to get your car fixed!

Understandably the supply chain is the main issue at hand. Had to wait an additional 4 days for the window to get to you. So Thats more on them than yall but I have to stick to my guns here.

I have not had to have the services of an autobody shop for several years. Fix Auto did a great job, totally exceeding my expectations. The office people were efficient, polite, and kept me informed. The work on the Tiguan looks very nice. They also cleaned the car thoroughly inside and out. Every detail on the repair looks great. One of the shop guys also talked to me about my window controls when I was picking up the car. He gave me some good information and sources for fixing the controls. These controls were previously getting old and totally separate from the Fix Auto work. I appreciated him coming over to talk to me about them and options for fixing them. It was a great experience and much better than I expected since car damages and repairs are not fun topics to start with.
