When I first arrived at Fix Auto USA in R.ancho Cucamonga, Noe reassured me that our vehicle would be repaired to it's intended form, no matter what the circumstances.. He showed us how they thoroughly checked under the bumper and discovered further damage from the impact and the additional parts that needed to be replaced or repaired. I definitely feel 100% safer in our vehicle now . The end result was amazing and our vehicle's bumper looked like new! We are very happy with their services. They completed the work ahead of schedule, Noe and his team kept us informed on their progress via text every everyday, my car was clean when I got it back, and Noe and his team were very friendly, attentive to my needs, and professional everytime I was in their office. Thank you Boon (their manager) and Noe (my service advisor) for making me feel like we selected THE BEST shop for our car repairs. Your team did a fantastic job taking care of our vehicle and were instrumental in alleviating a stressful time for me and my family. We are very grateful! Thank you!!

I have so much to say about Fix Auto from the beginning they took care of me and helped me with the insurance company and getting me a rental. I was kept up to date on what was going on and Eric was so respectful and communicated to me all the time. I was worried because the insurance company I was going through was giving me such a hard time but the moment I talked to Fix Auto they made me feel so at ease. They did a beautiful job and my car looked brand new when I finally got it. They helped me return my rental and came in on a Saturday so I could get my car. They made sure I got my car on the day it was completed so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for my rental. Honestly, this was a very good experience in spite of having trials with the insurance company. I would highly recommend Fix Auto!
