I’m very satisfied with the service at Fixed Auto! I received weekly updates on my vehicle which put my mind at ease, especially after a stressful accident. Noe was extremely helpful and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this location!

This staff was very professional and updated us on the process. Carla handled the rental car and was even able to upgrade our rental due to our large family and putting our family at peace. Noe was on top of it also and promised the car would be done in 5 days or less...3 days later our car was done and was washed and cleaned..these two individuals should be rewarded. Thanks again

Noe and Carla are amazing.Noe promised the car to be done in a week..after 3 days he called and said our vehicle was done and ready doe pick up. The car was washed and vacuum and given back to us cleaner then when we had it. Carla from the beginning, put us at ease and made arrangements to have our rental car upgraded due to the size of our large family. The at fault parties refused to cover mileage and Carla went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have to pay. Thank you to all involved, your compassion for your customers should be commented. I will forsure bring my car back.
