Everyone was very nice, professional and timely. When I got in my car there was a battery cover laying in the back seat which I had to tell someone about. The maintenance check alert was on and i had to tell someone to reset it. However when I got home it was on again. Then I heard a loud noise in the back of the SUV. When I got home I found a door/cover had been taken off and it was rolling around. I suggest you do a double check before releasing the car. Otherwise I was satisfied.

The staff at Fix Auto was very nice and helpful. From day one even though they were busy they sought out to help me.Karla was very helpful and called enterprise rental on my behalf multiple times. Luis was very helpful and provided exceptional customer service. I’m sure I overwhelmed him with questions and concerns but he was very patient and understood my concerns. Thank you for the updates during the repair.

Not a 10 because of that loose piece or what appears to be loose and there is a spot on the front bumper where I can see the pain run a bit I'm sure if I had time and I went to show them they take care of it because they are awesome like that but I have no time. A friend or colleague would definitely notice it.

I give it a 10 because there is no option for 9.5 My car looks really nice. Something looks different prior to the accident but I still cant figure it , looks great though, maybe because I haven't put the licence plate back on,,, idk. There is a piece above the right light that feels loose I will be going in to get it checked.
