My honest opinion about Fix Auto Collision it wasn’t the smoothest process. In their defense, it wasn’t entirely their fault. My POS insurance failed to provide Fix Auto with necessary detailed information regarding my coverage. This is the second time in my 55 years of life that I’ve had to deal with getting body work on my vehicle. The first time I dealt with this issue it was 100% easier and I had State Farm insurance. So, the lesson here don't get insurance with Kemper because if you ever need to submit a claim. You’ll never hear from your claim Adjuster until it’s too late, but they’ll always take your monthly payment on time. We pay thousands of dollars for Auto Insurance and it’s the biggest scam. The only thing I would’ve preferred from Fix Auto Collision is that they could’ve used the $3500 from my insurance to repair the more significant body damage on my car. Instead they worked on the little things and did their “BEST” to do what they could on the bigger issues. My car still needs body work from the accident but it’ll be out of my pocket and these days with inflation. If it’s not a necessity it’s not a priority. At the end of the day I have no bad feelings towards Fix Auto Collision team, but based of my experience with them I’d give them a 7/8 out of 10.
