This shop did a great job with repairing my truck that had a rear and collision. Not only was Repair flawless, they really worked hard to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible, which I needed. Everybody seemed very professional in the office and also like a close knit team. The final polish was at the detailed my truck before they returned it back to me two days earlier than predicted. I want to thank them for making an inconvenient situation tolerable for me.

Not very satisfied because of the effort put into NOT HAVING TO REPLACEC MY TIRE. I was hit on the side right into my wheel and side door. The wheel was replaced but not my tire. When I believe it should have been. But when replacing a tire you should replace two and not just one Especially when the car was going to need an alignment Both front tires should be starting with the same tred. So what was done was the new wheel was put on the right side with the old tire that was hit with on the new wheel. Then the right tire was put on the left side and then balanced. I knowing exactly how that car drove before the accident can feel the difference it's like wearing your slippers on opposite feet You can still walk n walk straight but it's feels wrong ya know? Also the tire on the left which use to be the tire on the right was totally low on air as I pulled away. So I went back and had air put into it. And for now it's driving with a minimum amount of pulling but I can guarantee you that within a month. It's gonna start to pull to right. So fix it auto was not my choice but the insurance I hv directed me there I feel because it's contracted out with my insured company. But Fix It Auto didn't want to spend the extra money to replace the one tire along with the wheel they replaced because in doing that they knew they would need to replace the other tire because the tred would have been significantly different n would have most definitely affected the alignment that was going to be needed. Sure the door looks good n the side paneling is all good. But the more serious issue of safety was not done as it should have!
