Lleve mi carro porque intentaron robarlo y cuando lo fui a recoger resulto con unos rayones en el bumper y ellos querían hacerlo ver como que ya estaba así cuando yo lo lleve y querian que yo pagara parte del arreglo después de demostrarles que no, que ellos lo habían rayado accedieron a repararlo y cuando al fin me lo entregan me doy cuenta que lo pintaron de otro tono que no era el mismo de todo el carro.. Ahora el carro tiene dos tonos (blanco en frente y perlado el resto del carro)..ya no quise argumentar mas con ellos, ellos piensan que el tono perlado no es de frabica y si lo es.

The entire team at Fix Auto in Rancho has given me excellent customer service from start to finish. Emily was very kind, patient and helpful with scheduling and answering all my questions. The manager as well as Ivan were very professional & did an amazing job on my repairs. Ivan explained all repairs and answered my questions thoroughly.
