I took my car to get fixed after a fender bender, they were prompt in answering my questions, and helpful in person. At the end of my repair there was a little glitch with my trunk opening and they kindly rechecked my car and fixed it right away in a day! Thank you fix auto.

My check engine light is on .i took it to auto zone and all kinda oxygen sensors are on now and my maintenance record light is on too. You guys had my car for like three months and I have to tell you guys my check engine lights and it smells light something is burning

If there was a 0 on this thing I would choose it. I’d rather order the parts myself and look up a YouTube video on how to fix my own vehicle because with the amount of errors this shop made I feel like I could’ve done about the same job.

Customer service was professional and I never felt disrespected however what I have an issue with is giving timelines to calm the customer down after not having the car ready and not being able to meet deadlines in all honesty I would have a much higher level of respect for this shop if they simply told me perhaps “sorry we truly have mismanaged how many vehicles we’ve taken on and our staff has issues ordering the right parts and our service might not be up to par so we hope you understand we will have your car for a few months”
